Recycle, Build, Play … and Repeat!

This spring, we invited kids of all ages everywhere to join the inaugural Earth Day Cardboard Challenge, presented in partnership with Time Warner Cable.

Beginning on April 1 and culminating on Earth Day, April 22, the Earth Day Cardboard Challenge is an opportunity to celebrate ecological values through recycling and Creative Play! The goal was simple: we wanted you to repurpose cardboard and other recyclables into new creations and imaginative solutions that address environmental themes and challenges. Then on or around Earth Day, April 22, 2016, communities came together to celebrate!

Time Warner Cable and the Imagination Foundation partnered to bring you the inaugural Earth Day Cardboard Challenge. This partnership ties together Time Warner Cable’s commitment to sustainability through its “Go Green” initiative with its STEM initiative, Connect A Million Minds.

See the action here, and come back next year! And don’t forget to gear up for the Global Cardboard Challenge, coming in October 2016.
